Fix for Elite Dangerous Function Keys not working

Function keys mapped in the Elite Dangerous mapping file such as “{F5}” for the Galaxy Map aren’t working. ED is sensitive to a quick key press vs held, especially for function keys. And, holding it on the tablet, doesn’t actually generate a longer key press.

A temporary workaround to get a longer key press use +1 to hold the key for 1 second. So change all the function keys similar to this: “+1{F5}”

In the next patch we’ll have a built in hold of 100ms for any key press, and you’ll be able to override this default, but in testing it seems to work reliably.

Also, I’ve added a default delay between keys of 10ms, as I’ve noticed some apps can’t react quick enough to the incoming keys if there’s no delay
